1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of vacorax.com and purchases from Vacorax (“we”, “us” or “our”). The seller's identity and contact information are provided at the end of these terms.

Please read them together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled; accepting these terms does not replace any consent required for optional marketing or tracking.

These terms are provided in English. You may save or print them for reference. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

2. Placing and confirming an order

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and authorised to use the payment method provided. Please give accurate contact, billing and delivery details.

To order, select your products and variants, review your cart, enter your checkout details and confirm payment. Before submitting, check the items, quantities, delivery address and total. You can correct these details before completing checkout.

Your purchase contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting your order, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. A payment authorisation alone does not confirm acceptance.

Before accepting an order, we may decline it if an item is unavailable, delivery is not possible, there is a material pricing error or we reasonably suspect an unauthorised transaction. We will notify you and refund any payment taken for an order we decline.

We will not substitute a different product, increase the agreed price or make another material change without your agreement. Once an order is accepted, any cancellation or correction by us remains subject to applicable law and your rights.

3. Products, variants and safe use

Product pages describe the main characteristics, available variants and included accessories. Availability may differ by destination. Select the correct colour, capacity, power type and plug option where relevant.

Use electrical products only with a compatible power supply and follow the manufacturer's instructions. A plug adapter does not convert electrical voltage.

Lighting and screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not remove our responsibility to supply products that match their description and meet applicable quality and safety requirements. Accessories are included where stated in the product description.

4. Prices, payment and shipping charges

Prices for our current delivery markets are shown in US dollars and may differ by destination. The price and total confirmed at checkout for your delivery country apply to your purchase. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee.

Standard shipping is free for orders of $50 or more. This threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and separately charged taxes or duties. For orders below the threshold, the shipping charge is shown in the cart and at checkout before payment.

Checkout identifies charges collected by Vacorax. Our Shipping Policy explains international delivery and possible import charges not collected at checkout.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an accepted order. Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed when they are offered. Optional additions require your agreement.

5. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery destinations, charges, estimates, tracking and help with delivery problems. Review the information for your product and destination before ordering.

If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order as agreed, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law. Vacorax remains responsible for its obligations as the seller when a supplier or carrier handles fulfilment.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 14-day change-of-mind notification period, return arrangements and refunds. That period does not limit your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

If you need to change or cancel an order before dispatch, contact us promptly. We will try to stop fulfilment; if it has already progressed, the return process may apply without removing any legal cancellation rights.

6. Accounts and responsible website use

If you use a customer account, keep its access details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Use the website lawfully. Do not place fraudulent orders, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights, introduce malicious software, disrupt the website or attempt to bypass its security controls.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or a serious breach of these terms. Any restriction does not remove our obligations relating to existing purchases, refunds or your statutory rights.

7. Website content and external services

Website content, images and brand assets belong to Vacorax or their respective owners. You may browse the website and save information needed for your purchases. Other use must respect applicable intellectual-property rights.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Selling a branded product does not, by itself, mean that Vacorax is affiliated with or endorsed by its manufacturer.

External websites and optional third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when using the services. Our use of service providers does not transfer our responsibilities as the seller to you.

8. Shopify and personal information

Shopify hosts our store and supports checkout and related services. Your purchase is from Vacorax; Shopify is not the seller of our products.

Shopify processes personal information when you visit and purchase from our store. Where Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, enhanced services can also use information about your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers in other countries, subject to applicable privacy choices and legal requirements.

Read our Privacy Policy for details about our processing and your choices. Shopify explains its own processing in its Consumer Privacy Policy and provides privacy choices through its Privacy Portal.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review or other content for publication, it should reflect your experience, respect other people's rights and disclose any relevant incentive.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it for publication, you give us permission to display it for that purpose and make reasonable formatting changes without distorting its meaning.

We may moderate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, unrelated or infringes another person's rights. We do not remove an otherwise genuine review solely because it is negative. Private support messages are not treated as permission to publish a customer review.

10. Our responsibilities

We aim to keep the website accurate and available. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect access. When we identify errors, we will correct them and handle any affected orders fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

We remain responsible for supplying goods that conform to your purchase contract and for the remedies required by consumer law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory rights concerning defective products and other consumer protections remain unaffected.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. This choice of law does not remove those protections or your right to bring a claim before a competent court under applicable law.

If you have a concern, email support@vacorax.com with the relevant order details. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it. You retain access to any competent consumer authority, dispute-resolution body or court available under applicable law.

12. Updates and seller information

We may update these terms for future website use and future orders. The terms applicable when you place your order continue to govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. Material changes affecting an ongoing contractual relationship will be communicated as required by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not override any binding promises made to you before your purchase.
